To my new found friends Bob and Elke,
Thank you for inspiring us so much... to be good educators requires a lot of passion and commitment.
I am so happy to have met passionate and committed people like you.
so long...but not farewell
(see you....January?...:) )
To all our friends from the GTP Learning Circle,
Learning is one of the most alive moments in a person’s life and the experience that I’ve had with the GTP Learning Circle makes it even more alive. This opportunity has not only given me a chance to share our life here in Israel but also to connect with other people from different parts of the globe. Truly, this is very transformational and life-changing. The discussion on each of the unique qualities of our religion and how it has moved and influenced our respective countries has intensely deepened my Jewish spirituality. Truly, there is a Higher Being conspiring all of these to happen. I would like to personally thank Yahweh for this grace.
Although our discussion has come to an end, I remain hopefully that with the things we have gained from this learning experience, we can work hand in hand in promoting mutual respect and peace in the world.
For all of these, TODA RABA (תודה רבה). Thank you very much!
To my Learning Circle Friends from Israel, Madagascar and Thailand,
This two-day sharing has been such a great journey. I am so happy to have you as my companions in this sharing of our faith... our difference and uniqueness lead us to form that bond of unity. Your stories will be testimonies that I can bring back to my classroom....for me to share..for my students to hear....for all of us here to understand.
"All that we are is a result of what we thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become." - Buddha
With a grateful heart,
Ruby (your friend from India)
